Messermeister Future 6cm Peeling Knife


A very sustainably produced peeling knife from the knife city of Europe, Solingen. Messermeister has joined forces with Solinger to bring a high quality knife to the market for current and future generations. This knife features a sustainably produced FSC certified red beech handle which has the property of having good grip or better grip even when wet. When beech becomes wet the fibers stand upright and thus provide a rougher surface than dry, unlike plastic variants. The blade is high quality stainless steel and with proper maintenance will last more than a lifetime. The metal is 100% recyclable and the handle is biodegradable.
